Seriously, this song is amazing.
April Fools! See what I did right there? I fooled your April Fooled Thinking self, you’re right, this song is amazing. April Fools! Gotcha again. For real, no foolery here except that David Essex is considered an American one-hit wonder, categorized with the likes of “Macarena,” Right Said Fred’s, “I’m Too Sexy”, but no, you would be wrong, not the Quad City DJ’s. They had three hits; “C’mon N’ Ride It (The Train),” “Summer Jam [I know, never heard of it]” and “Space Jam” from some 1996 movie about a minor league baseball player.
By now, you may be wondering why you’re reading this. We’ll I’m not joking. Honestly, I wish I was joking about all this, but I’m not. All facts in this post are true or based on Internet posted facts that at least I (one person) believe to be true. Here, I’ll prove it and leave on this serious note: It is said that “Rock On”, and I quote a quoted from songmeanings.net, “is still dead freaking [or fucking] sexy. [If] you wanna get a MILF horny? This is the song to do so.”
